If an item is out of stock or unavailable or is discontinued, just email me and let me know the item title and number. All pieces are handmade so it may take a while to make more if they are out of stock. I will do the best I can to accomadate and put your name at the top of the list and email you when the item is ready.

I like most of a design but not all of it. Can you change what I do not like?

If you do not like the whole design of a piece, email me the title of the item and the item number and what you would like to change. I will do my best to accomodate and email you back the new design.

I like a design of a piece but I do not like the color. Can I get it changed?

If you do not like the colors of a piece email me the colors you prefer along with the title and number of the piece and I can change the colors in the design for you.

If a piece is made in silver and you perfer gold, email me with the product title and number and I can make it in gold, silver, antique color, or whatever color you may perfer.

I like a piece but I do not like the earwire it is designed on, can you change it?

If you like a piece but wish to have a different earwire or a different clasp, email me the item title and number and the type of earwire or clasp you wish to have replace the original and I can switch it.

To get a discount on bulk purchases, email me your wishlist with the item numbers and titles and I quote you a price for your order.

If your team colors are not displayed please email me your team name and colors. There are many teams out there. Please bring my attention to the ones I have left out or to the colors of your towns school, I will be happy to add them.l

I do gift wrap pieces for a small fee. Simply add your choice of gift wrapping to your cart under the gift wrapping catagory.

All of the pieces are free of tax and ship for free. The price you see is the price you pay, simple as that, and I love it!

If you would like a different size in a necklace or bracelet just email me the title and number of the piece and the measurements and i will make the piece to your specified size.
